Ennead’s Creating the Urban Life Science Hub of the Future gathered over 100 developers, funds, institutions, scientists and life science tenants from around the region for in-depth talks around aspects of executing commercial life science in the denser urban areas of the greater New York Area including: creating 10-15 story vertical laboratories, cost-efficient and sustainable development, and tenant amenities needs.
