Bio
Brian Masuda brings a diverse portfolio that includes award-winning projects in higher education, visual and performing arts, commercial, research laboratories, and healthcare. Regardless of project type, he believes that architecture must reach beyond aesthetics by creating spaces that enhance human interaction, builds communities, and embody wellness and sustainable thinking. As an extension of his project-based work, Brian is a co-leader of Ennead’s Cultural and Performing Arts Center of Excellence, where he serves as an office resource and focuses on performing arts and cultural project metrics, trends, and innovations. Brian is committed to education and has taught integrated design at Cornell and Columbia Universities and has served as a guest critic for design reviews at Pratt Institute and New York Institute of Technology.
