Bio
Felicia Berger is a Principal at Ennead Architects and leads the firm’s Center for Federal Projects. Felicia believes that successful projects are born from strong partnerships and a deep understanding of a client’s specific goals and aspirations. She is a proficient planner—a skill that she applies to a diverse range of projects, including her work with the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) where she oversees the projects’ complex building and approval processes. She believes that excellence in design results from an iterative process, and she embraces both the challenges and feedback loop generated by projects with complex stakeholder groups and agency approvals.
