Construction Progress on the Dishui Lake Financial Bay

We are excited to share construction progress on the Dishui Lake Financial Bay, a new business district within the Lingang Special Area Pilot Free Trade Zone in Shanghai. The large-scale plan includes four commercial buildings, 7,622 square-meters of civic space, 89,343 square-meters of retail buildings, and 28,751 square meters of open space. “The Ring” serves as the project’s dramatic centerpiece. Supported by four mixed-use towers, the 153-meter Ring will offer 360-degree views of nearby Dishui Lake and the Pacific Ocean, while providing space for premier cultural experiences. A on-site ceremony celebrating the structural closure of the Ring was held this week with the Ennead team in attendance.
