In response to their constrained urban sites and relatively small, repetitive floor plates, our commercial life science and urban high-rise laboratories strategically integrate diverse research groups across multiple floors through the effective use of interior glazing and by creating strong visual connections between spaces, both vertically and horizontally. These strategies enhance collaboration between research teams that would otherwise be separated.
