克林顿总统纪念中心
该综合性总统纪念项目的建筑和地段设计周要地考虑了项目本身的沿河地理位置，在连接起小石城市中心和北城区的同时，最大限度地提高了公共公园的面积。
Our design explorations led to a crystalline bridge, with formal and material qualities that resolve the inherent tension between monumentality and physical and intellectual accessibility.
项目亦保留了基地历史悠久的铁路桥。
鉴于上述设计目标，建筑主体在设计上与河岸交互垂直并高架于地面之上，其下则是穿行而过的30英亩的沿河城市公园。
公共政策研究所及克林顿公共服务协会将坐落于经翻修的乔克托火车站内；城镇与北小石城则同由石头岛铁路步行桥相连。
[The building] is the symbol of not only what I tried to do but what I want to do with the rest of my life – building bridges from yesterday to tomorrow.
建筑玻璃幕墙内设有遮阳夹层，而室内环境设计则包括了控制式通风系统及辐射性采暖制冷地面系统。
建筑的选材标准则遵行下述三大标准：其一，需在邻近区域内进行采购；其二，材料需可循环并再利用；其三，需选用低化学排放材料。
