耶鲁大学美术馆，路易·康大楼翻修
新的临时展馆和斯沃特伍特馆的顶层雕塑露台从周边街道大都不可见，并由此保存了建筑的历史性主立面。
The restoration is more than an aesthetic improvement. It is also the fulfillment of a responsibility to architectural history.
沿街会馆，即美国第一座大学艺术教学楼经全面修复工程后得以保留。
耶鲁大学美术馆扩建项目包括斯沃特伍特馆、佛罗伦萨新哥特式结构（1928）沿街会馆、俄斯尼亚哥特式建筑（1864）的翻修工程，以及著名的路易·康大楼及其内部画廊的修复整治工作（波什克合伙人事务所作品，现为Ennead建筑事务所）。
馆内新的楼梯和电梯统一了三栋建筑的内里环流模式——将展品按时间及发展顺序严谨陈列。
两栋建筑的外部覆面及窗户均已修复，其内亦设有用于温湿度控制的先进机械系统。
