滨河小筑
这座拥有264套公寓的住宅楼在可持续发展设计的基础上，创造了全美首个运用双层玻璃幕墙技术的民用建筑典范。
西立面的双层玻璃幕墙是建筑身份的象征：在极强的层次感下，将建筑与砖石结构相连接，在同一时间展现了一个极为现代化的紧凑玻璃塔楼。
上述的二元设计不仅加强了建筑及其玻璃幕墙的标示性，同时更明确了建筑的可持续发展理念。
马蹄形的建筑底基与泪滴公园南侧相应，并在视觉效果上向北成功延生了泪滴公园的实际面积。
滨河小筑可以说是东海岸最为环保的民用建筑，它也获得了LEED绿色建筑白金认证。
