新的纽约市史泰登岛最高法院坐落于岛上的圣乔治区中心，其内将容纳包括纽约州民事、刑事最高法院及里士满郡刑事法庭在内的多个相关机构。
项目充分利用了其地理优势——原有的市政停车场及19世纪建立的纽约海洋医院旧隔离场被重新改建为一个全新且充满活力的市政中心。
