纽约设计酒店 - S·I纽豪丝公共传播学院三期工程
这座新建建筑实现了雪城大学纽豪丝新闻学院别具一格的“园中园”设计模式。整个项目整合了原本学院的三栋独立体量，并树立了雪城大学的新门户。
在连接纽豪丝学院I与II号工程的中庭直线体量内设有学生休息室、会议室、教室及整体建筑的机电物流核心。
步行广场的艺术灯塔——圆锥形天窗结构上则套有锌材防风化直立锁边，为中庭的复杂结构提供了更多的可获得自然光
位于中庭西侧的玻璃曲线“绸带”内设有教师办公室、学生服务和研究区。
拥有来自四个倾斜天窗和贯穿南北玻璃幕墙自然光照射的三层通高中庭则是学院内的新兴社交和公共中心。
